Structural elements
Printed and thermoformed components and technical solutions for the interior and exterior of the automotive sector.
The structure below the finish
Plastic structural elements are the hidden framework for many interior components: they provide rigidity, support for the trim, and integration with the vehicle's functions. Leva produces structural elements for major automotive manufacturers, directly controlling the molding and processing that determine their quality and reliability.
Our integrated approach covers injection molding, thermoforming, welding, and assembly. This verticalization allows us to manage the tolerances required by the automotive industry, develop components in co-design with the customer, and optimize the supply chain in terms of costs and time.
Each structural element is designed and manufactured according to criteria of robustness, repeatability, and durability, in line with the experience that Leva has consolidated for over seventy years in automotive interiors.
Rigidity, repeatability, integration
Injection molding
Components manufactured with controlled processes to ensure consistent tolerances and finishes on large volumes.
Complex geometries
Ability to produce articulated shapes with integrated undercuts, housings and fixing points.
Mechanical resistance
Selection of materials and geometries calibrated to the stresses of use defined in the specifications.
Co-design with the client
Component development together with the manufacturer, from the design phase to product validation.
